By purchasing 3D models for limited use from Podohub Inc., you, the customer, agree to the following terms and conditions.
– Neither the 3D model nor modifications of the 3D model may be transferred or sold to any other entity.
– Neither shoe lasts and components manufactured from the 3D model nor shoe lasts and components manufactured from modified versions of the 3D model may be sold by the customer or any affiliated party.
– The customer accepts full responsibility for any harm or damage that may come from using the 3D model, manufacturing the 3D model, or using any manufactured instances of it.
– All orders of 3D models are final and non-refundable.
– This agreement does not transfer any right, title or interest in any intellectual property right.
